Pamir Traverse Virtual Challenge is a free hobby project operated under the Adventurizer brand (“we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
The site turns distance you log — by hand or synced from Strava — into progress along a real-world route, shown on a map, with an optional public leaderboard. It’s provided free of charge; there’s no payment or purchase of any kind.
You need an account (via Clerk) to track progress. Connecting Strava is optional and additionally governed by Strava’s own API Agreement and terms; you can disconnect it at any time.
Please don’t falsify activity data to game the challenge or the leaderboard, or otherwise abuse the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
This site tracks physical activity you undertake entirely on your own — walking, running, or riding. We don’t provide medical or fitness advice. Talk to a physician before starting a new exercise program. You’re solely responsible for your own safety and health, and we’re not liable for any injury or harm arising from participation in the challenge.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, or that route mapping, Strava syncing, or leaderboard figures are always accurate or timely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
The route artwork, maps, and Adventurizer branding belong to us. You retain ownership of the activity data you log or sync.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for anyone who violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adventurizer operates.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
